of communications and IT has resulted in the globalization of all segments of
human work and business activities. Development stage of a society in the world
is measured with a development stage of communication infrastructure, number of
wire and wireless telephony users, e-mail addresses, registered domains, number
of Internet users in general.

The Chamber
has set one more objective and that is education of users-members in terms of
use of modern business technologies.

Through the Sun server /DNS,
WEB, E-mail/, 30 channel ISDN users' access and 128kb/sec leased line, users are
enabled to access Internet and get a number of e-mail addresses (24 hours a day,
365 days a year) 2. Web Mail
Users
are enabled to access private e-mail through any Internet location, or any Internet
