and Economy Development Department of the Chamber of Economy of Sarajevo Canton
anually solves about 1000 inquiries of its members on an average basis, ranging
from provision of various business infromation to elaboration of analysis and
evaluations. These activities are related to inquries of small companies, which
are oriented to the co-operation with the chamber system when solving everyday
business problems, because of the lack of an adequate infrastructure. Besides
the above mentioned, this Department successfully completed the following activities
during the last two years: -
Three editions of the Catalogue "Development
Projects of Companies in Sarajevo Canton". More than 100 projects were presented,
and 18 credit lines. -
Guidance "How to Establish and Manage
a Company" -
Brochure "Doing Business in Sarajevo Canton"
printed in Bosnian and English language, 1000 copies. -
Preparation
of 12 numbers of Chamber's herald "Glasnik", that is printed in 2000
copies and distributed to Chamber's members and interested business partners. -
Participated in the realization of CD "Canton Sarajevo Economy"
that was distributed in 5000 copies -
Other publications and information
were realized in this Department such as: Excerpts from legal regulations, Current
credit lines, Offer and Demand of domestic companies, Information on economic
indicators, etc. -
Eight presentations of domestic and foreign
business partners were organized. -
Participation at six domestic
fairs.
At Chamber's stand a great number of small companies was presented
as well as a number of companies that couldn't finance and organize presentation
at fairs and other promotional events on their own |
