Activities of the Economics and Economy Development Department Activities
of the Economics and Economy Development Department of the Chamber of Economy
of Sarajevo Canton are oriented to the establishment of legislative-economy environment,
provision of expert assistance to its members due to more significant activation
of available resources, modernization and expansion of existing production, and
introduction of new production and services, mediation in establishing new business
contacts, promotion of co-operation with science-research institutions and relevant
executive bodies, as well as others organizations and institutions in the Sarajevo
Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and B&H.
Within the scope
of its activities, the Department provides services in the field of establishment
of business activities especially oriented to SME and representing assistance
to entrepreneurs in the realization of initial business activities. Those services
are: - Organization of economy participation in the process of preparation
and introduction of laws, other regulations, economic policy measures and instruments
regulating economic situation of companies
- Coordination in the field of
preparation and introduction of development strategies, sector economic policies
(industry, agriculture, trade, etc.), protection of domestic production, establishment
of ecologically sustainable development system, development and promotion of market
institutions and establishment of technical and other standards
- Participation
in the preparation and introduction of measures for goods and services export
promotion
- Representation of employers in the preparation and introduction
of regulations in the field of work, pension and health insurance, salaries, etc.
- Organization of participation at fairs, presentations and promotions
- Assistance
in the business negotiations of Chamber's members
- Provision of expert assistance
in the process of company registration
- Provision of expert assistance in
initial activities related to quality system introduction
- Publishing of
business publications and catalogues
- Provision of expert assistance in the
realization of activities in the field of sustainable development |
