Methods and techniques of work

• Besides classic courses and seminars, education activities will be realized by case-study, joint work with seminar participants on projects of improvement of situation in their own companies, group and team work, presentations, workshops, systemic analysis, process analysis, study travels, business forums, etc.

• We have modern technical equipment required for up-to-date education.

Official languages

• For programs realized by foreign partners, we provide quality consecutive translation.

Written material

• Written material is provided for most education activities. We are able to provide more extensive material if there is interest for that.

Financing

• Education is financed partly by the Chamber, foreign funds and registration fee. Specific and special programs are financed by companies interested in those programs and registration fee. All other educational services are financed by companies.

• Seminars are held in Sarajevo, La Benevolencija 8, at the Chamber or some other location according to the requests of our members.

• The Chamber is entitled to change and cancel realization of particular seminars or courses, as well as change of registration fee, and potential participants will be informed on that matter in time.

Registration is delivered within the date stated in the invitation letter for seminar, with a copy of payment slip.

• Registration fee is to be paid on the transfer account of the Chamber at the Raiffeisen bank d.d. BiH, No.: 1610000004560078. Copy of payment slip is to be presented at the seminar.

• One participant has an opportunity to choose one three-day seminar for free, if he/she has already participated in three other seminars.

• There is a discount for all seminars: one participant pays full registration fee, and two and three participants (coming from the same company) pay discounted registration fee based on percentages given in the invitation letter.
