Statement on Quality Policy and Goals

OUR QUALITY POLICY:
  • Identify and understand current and future necessities of users, satisfy their requests, tend to excel expectations of users, and contribute to permanent increase of their satisfaction

  • Comply with the law, legal and internally set requests

  • The activities on becoming a new and keeping of existing members of the Chamber continuous conduct, through permanently improve of the type, contents and quality of services

  • Establish mutually useful relations with the Chamber’s members and suppliers

  • Improve partner relations in the representation of Chamber members’ interests towards authorized state and administration bodies of Sarajevo Canton

  • Motivate employees to permanent training and active engagement, in order to make the most of their abilities

Principles of our quality policy will be achieved by the realization of the following goals:
  • Permanent advancement and improvement of quality management system in the Chamber of Economy of Sarajevo Canton in accordance with the standard requests ISO 9001:2000

  • Improvement of service quality, in accordance with requests and expectations of users

  • Inclusion of suppliers into our quality system and development of partner relations

  • Increase of Chamber’s revenue by development of services' assortment

  • Permanent education of employees performing activities significant for service quality

  • Become a leading power in the economic development of Sarajevo Canton and the best region chamber in the area of South-East Europe.
