Court of Honour of the Chamber of Economy of Sarajevo Canton

Within the Chamber, and in accordance with the Law on Chambers and Chamber's Statute, the Court of Honour has been established and it has been working ever since.

So far, in the Court 9 subjects were registered, concerning complaints of natural persons, complaints of Chamber's members, and concerning reports of investigation bodies.
8 out of this 9 subjects have been concluded. Some of these subjects have been closed after administrational correspondence with complainants after it has been found out that the Court is not entitled to legal proceedings, because accused entities have not been Chamber's members, or there have not been elements of responsibility for reported complaints.
These subjects were concluded by the President and Secretary General of the Court according to their competence, without establishing Court Councils.
In few cases legal proceeding has been carried out in front of the Court Council and an adequate measure has been declared and carried out.
There is one procedure in the process.
It is necessary to point out that the Court of Honour, like all other courts, must be neutral in its work and the Court itself can not institute and lead the proceeding if there is not corresponding accusatory proposal of the prosecutor of the Court on certain violations of regulations, common usances or business ethics, with corresponding arguments proving supposed violations.
