Projects have been performed by the team of experts of CETEOR and by the net of affiliated private consulting firms and experts from Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla, Banja Luka and Mostar. In its activity CETEOR is relying on consulting firms from abroad (Croatia and Slovenia, as well as Austria, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, etc.). CETEOR experts have been local consultants of several European-consulting organisations. 

CETEOR, its founders and associated consultants, gave significant support to BiH Government and its organizations in the period 1993 - 1995, particularly in the area of war damage estimation methodology (damages to buildings, equipment, soil, forests and business), and development of Electric Power Supply System of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 
 
In the post war period CETEOR has provided consulting services to Federal Ministries for Economy, Environment, and Health on different developing areas. CETEOR took part in Strategy of Development of Sarajevo Canton in three studies (sustainable development of Sarajevo Canton, Role of the knowledge in development of the Canton, and Energy Efficiency concept in development of the Canton). 

The participation of CETEOR experts in the activities of Chambers of Commerce of Bosnia and Herzegovina and one of Canton Sarajevo by expertise and direct involvement of its experts in particular bodies has been significant. 

In this period, in co-operation with BiH Ministry for Foreign Affairs-Dpt. for development, CETEOR had prepared the book  "Developing Project Management " intended to be used by Governments of BiH, Entities and Cantons. 

Some of CETEOR founders and associated consultants have co-operated with UN organizations, like UNDP, UNEP and UNIDO. Some of them are official experts of these organizations. 

CETEOR has done numerous environmental impact studies for economy’s needs with directions to solve the environmental problems. 

CETEOR has a complex approach towards the work. Sustainable development is in the center. Towards the periphery there are other fields that lead to the four poles of CETEOR’s activity: Quality, Ethics, Safety and Comfort. 

 
Starting from 1997, CETEOR, in co-operation with foreign organizations, organizes seminars with topic on introducing organizational management system in accordance with international standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, and supports introduction of these systems. 

CETEOR has joined initiative for establishing a net of technological parks in BIH, relying on its own experience and working together with Štajer Technological Park from Maribor, Slovenija. In this term, CETEOR itself also work as incubation center, making possible the checking projects and development and creation of new small enterprises.  

In its eight years period of work, CETEOR has published around ten expert books in the field of sustainable development, environmental protection, energy and business. 

Projects are realized in accordance with international standard ISO 9000. 

Since October 1999 CETEOR bas been involved in a program of preparation of Draft of Whole Environmental Legislation in BiH, being led by Austrian Agency for Environmental Protection.
